You can list unlimited activities of the same type under one town. Schools, nurseries, community groups and charities are entitled to a FREE standard listing. Advertising in our 'Spotlight on...' Section Monthly Fee incl VAT - 20.00 GBP Advertising by running one of our monthly competitions Monthly Fee incl VAT - NIL (Priority given to prizes with a value of 50 GBP plus)Write up & Logo about your Company Tots Dance Page Annual Fee incl VAT - 50.00 GBP. Tots Languages Page Annual Fee incl VAT - 50.00 GBP. Tots Cooking Page Annual Fee incl VAT - 50.00 GBP. Tots Crafts Page Annual Fee incl VAT - 50.00 GBP. Please note that we reserve the right to refuse approval of advertising and to change our prices at any time. Conditions related to being one of our licensees 1. Licensees are given a fixed territory when they sign up which is usually a county or part of a county. 2. The annual cost to be a Tots Activities licensee is currently 25.00 GBP which is renewable annually upon agreement between both parties. This cost covers the cost of your training and the cost of running the website. Royalties of 25% of a licensees turnover are payable on an ongoing basis. Licensees turnover is deemed to be all turnover received for standard and enhanced listings in their Fixed Territory. 3. We reserve the right to review these costs on an annual basis. The % Royalties will stay the same, but the License renewal may go up.
4. A licensee's fixed territory can not be resold or transferred 5. A licensee will be deemed in breach of their license agreement if any unsuitable listings are approved and Toys and Clothes Ltd will take back their fixed territory. ie. non child related activities 6. Licensees operate on a self employed basis and are responsible for their own tax and NI. They accept that they are not employed by Toys and Clothes Ltd and are running their territory as their own business. 7. Licensees will always act in the best interests of Toys and Clothes Ltd and will not carry out any similar work without permission from us. 8. Licensees will adhere to the company's Confidential & Non Disclosure policy. 9. Licensees will be given a company email address which they agree not to misuse. |
